Metric Carbon Round Hydraulic Seamless Precision Steel Tube E235

Metric Carbon Round Hydraulic Seamless Precision Steel Tube E235 is a type of tubing specifically designed for applications requiring a balance of strength, dimensional accuracy, and fluid conveyance. Composed of E235 grade carbon steel, this tubing offers a good balance of affordability and mechanical properties, making it a popular choice across various industries.

The seamless aspect of this tube refers to its manufacturing process. Unlike welded tubes, seamless tubes are formed from a single solid bar of steel, resulting in a uniform structure with no weak points. This seamless construction, combined with cold-drawing techniques, enhances the tube’s dimensional accuracy and surface finish, crucial for precise hydraulic systems.

Metric sizing refers to the use of millimeters to denote the tube’s outer diameter (OD) and wall thickness (WT). This sizing system simplifies design and ensures compatibility with metric components commonly used in hydraulic applications.

The “Hydraulic” designation signifies that this tubing meets specific standards for pressure resistance and fluid cleanliness. It’s often used in hydraulic lines and cylinders that transmit pressurized fluids to power machinery and equipment.

E235 steel offers a yield strength of 235 MPa (34,210 psi), making it suitable for moderate pressure applications. For those requiring high-pressure systems, similar tubes are available in higher strength grades.

In summary, Metric Carbon Round Hydraulic Seamless Precision Steel Tube E235 is a versatile option for hydraulic systems and other applications demanding a combination of strength, precision, and compatibility with metric components. Its affordability and ease of use make it a popular selection for various industrial projects.

Metric Carbon Round Hydraulic Seamless Precision Steel Tube is a non-welded structural steel which is able to handle high pressure. It’s tight tolerances, high strength and machinability allow for a more precise OD and ID. Commonly used for maintenance and structural purposes, applications can include building construction, industrial machines, conveyor belts, hydraulic lifts and truck and trailer frames.
